Like all of our Roulades, we use 4 pieces of 8 ounce chicken breast which are cleaned and layed-out to form the roulade. Depending on the product, we add between 1/3 and 1/2 pound of filling. The product is netted and shipped frozen ( 10 roulades per case). |
